In the past Days has centered major events around their anniversary (for example their 25th birthday was a 2 week even on Alamania complete with a bunch of montages and flashbacks). For their 40th, I'm expecting something big (ie an explanation for everything that has happened in the past 2 years would be nice), especially since they kept their 10000th eppi pretty low key. JER's not a big fan of history, so why celebrate forty years when you can celebrate yesterday? Reply Recommend Delete Message 9 of 15 in Discussion From: LumiLiterati Sent: 17/03/2005 6:52 p.m. What I would like to see happen: If Lumi are already married (which I'm hoping they'll do in June since Sami once said she wanted to be a June bride), then they have a daughter (Sami would have to learn she's pregnant pretty soon though maybe during her stint as Stan and she would think "hey, I better speed this up before I start showing" lol)... Lucas is there for the entire pregnancy (or at least from the time that Sami is able to be Sami again and tell Lucas that she's preg and that the baby was conceived around Christmas or sometime before Brandon's return to Salem... the second return that is lol... that way they'll be no question in Lucas' mind that the baby is his rather than Brandons) and birth. Lucas would be excited and happy and all (kind of like Bo was when Shawn D was born, only even more so...)... I'd like to see Lucas' reaction be something like a first time father's might be... ie: "Look at her tiny fingers/toes..." and then later say to Sami that seeing her give birth to their child was the most amazing thing he's ever witnessed... and then maybe Sami saying she's sorry he didn't get to see Will's birth and Lucas saying that's in the past and it doesn't matter anymore because the four of them are a family. And then I'd like to see them both with a piece of paper and pen (maybe Will too) writing down name suggestions for the baby girl and then seeing if they have any matches on their lists lol. I'd like for John to turn out to be Sami and Eric's biological father. They could explain it by saying that Marlena was held captive by Stefano at that time and John was as well and that they were locked in a room together (similar to how Mar and Ro are now) and that after Mar returned to Salem, her memory of John had been erased somehow and then later John returned believing to be Roman and the connection between Mar and John was revisited lol. If it hasn't happened by Nov, I'd like to see John and Sami talking out their issues and getting along. I'd like for Kate to lose everything/everyon and have to do some jail time for what she did to Brandon and Sami (and ultimately to Lucas and Will). And become the town pariah and constantly have her past thrown in her face when she tries to redeem herself (if she ever tries to redeem herself for real). I'd like to see Kate get part of the blame for Sami's revenge plot (as Stan). ie: someone saying to Kate, "If you hadn't drugged Sami and put her in the bed with Brandon thus causing Lucas to break up with Sami and Will to move out of Sami's apartment, Sami wouldn't have lost her mind, Tony wouldn't have been able to mind-control/brainwash her into hurting anyone! It's all your fault, Kate! You set it in motion!" LOL... others are allowed to be off the hook for something they did by someone else being blamed, so it's time for that to happen with Sami. I'd like to see Eric/Jensen return to support his twin or at least to just return for a Lumi wedding/the birth of a second Lumi child. I'd like to see Mike/Roark return to be the one to deliver the second Lumi baby... unless they have Sami, Lucas, Will, John and possibly Eric being stuck somewhere maybe during a blizzard and John being the one to have to deliver the baby LOL. I'd like for Bart to become a good guy and possibly get romantically involved with either Bonnie or Hattie lol. I'd love for Hattie to be the one to tattle on Kate for what Kate did to Sami, Brandon, Lucas and Will. I'd love for Hattie to turn out to be Samantha Evans. Hey, if they could have Georgia be alive, why not Sam? LOL. I'd love for Dan to stay on Days playing a different character... possibly DJ... Again, if Georgia can be alive, why not DJ? Sami could really use a big brother. I'd love for Vivian to return to oust Kate for all of her misdeeds. I'd love for Lucas to find out that Kate's the one who set the fire that nearly cost him his life. I'd love to see everyone in Salem apologizing to Sami for their mistreatment of her and I'd like them to start praising Sami the way they do Belle! I'd like to see Sami get a promotion at Basic Black (providing that she gets her job back once Kate's scheme is revealed with proof and all). ........ If it hasn't already happened, I'd like to see John fire Kate from BB. They could have a few different ones with different characters different times... like only show the ones who are on screen that day or something...
