The Orange team so obviously doesn't need to send someone home. There has to be more.

I was thinking the same thing. The last Jerry also had health issues.

I'm thinking that maybe I could be right. They'd put the whole exempt team w/ one trainer and the 'above yellow line' team w/ the other.

I love how everyone loses whole pounds. No one ever loses 4.5 or 3.25. It's always whole numbers. LOL ;)

BTW, my youngest has gotten into watching this show with me. He isn't obese by any sense of the imagination, but we do deliberately keep him active to keep his weight under control.

Whatever you eat, plan for it so you have whatever "cheat" at one meal and then it's done with.

Kind of depends on what you like. A nice baked tilapia with brown rice and broccoli? Fresh fruit for dessert.

I was thinking salmon and veggies or a naked bison burger with veggies and a salad.

And you can mitigate the "cheat" by eating less starches and stuff at the rest of your meals.

I want Jerry and Stella to be above the yellow line.

I just discovered that Jillian has a fan site on facebook. It's run by a lot of former TBL contestants.

There is a restaurant here in Houston that is yummy. It is called Ziggy's Healthy Grill and it has lots of low fat meat options, vegetarian choices, gluten free options, and other creative dishes. For lunch today, I had a black beans and brown rice, baked acorn squash topped with pecans, honey, and sliced granny smith apples, and a small dinner salad with light italian dressing. It was yummy!!!

Awwww! Jerry had better stay.

LOL at her enthusiasm. Too bad we will have Laura whining. Maybe Tara will rub off on her.

What is up with his tummy? I'm thinking it is an overgrown tummy tuck.

He said he's had numerous procedures including bypass to lose weight. He even has he jaw wired shut. I imagine the yo yo dieting could be to blame.

Good for them.

Whose tummy are we talking about? The one on the scale? That's skin that won't stretch back into shape. That happens as you get older. He can donate that for patients who need skin grafts.
