I would seriously like to know when losing 5 pounds in a week became a disappointment.

Seriously, how does he lose weight? That's funny that Mike told him to shut up.

Well, If Mike has to go to get to Ron, so be it. His rant this week really turned me off.

Cliffhanger time.

I'm an hour behind ya'll, but can I just say that seeing them eat all of that food, especially the cupcakes (which I can fully believe are twice as bad as the donuts) was painful? In my last class of the day I tracked my calories, and it took me 36 minutes on the treadmill to burn just 400. It's so not worth eating that crap.

Damn. Now we have to deal with him ANOTHER week. I like Ali in the yellow shirt. It goes well with her hair and eyes.

Told ya so.

I know. I mean Ron has a lot of weight to lose but he doesn't work out a lot from what we see and he basically blows off the challenges or does the least amount of work possible.

When you're working out 8 hours a day, you feel like you should be losing a lot more than just 5lbs. in a week, but it's actually a great result, even for a place like Fitness Ridge.

It's an unfair world that it takes so little to put weight on and so much to take it off.

In the back of Eat This, Not That, they give you an alternate Thanksgiving dinner and what exercises you have to do to work off the calories.

There is really not a reason you can't eat most regular Thanksgiving food.
I eat Turkey, bread stuffing and cranberry sauce and never have a problem

Three pounds is what she has been losing so it's hardly a surprise. She also ate all the food, too.

Thanksgiving isn't the problem. It happens once a year. It's eating Thanksgiving every day of the year, that causes the problem.

Our dietician here recommends the 90-10 rule. 90% of the time eat mindfully, 10% of the time eat what you want. That way you don't feel deprived.
