I would rather disagree with someone and admire them for their opinion and integrity than listen to dribble being spewed to please the masses. There is a way to do and as Sami has lost her way, so has Ali.
	Thank you Days for bringing back Bryan Dattilo as Lucas Horton! His fans are ecstatic about his return!

Deleted User	Sami has become completely ruined. Being a rape victim myself, I find this story line very offensive to survivors of this terrible ordeal. I could not believe the writers were actually going to do this. The rapemis could not possibly have been through something like this, otherwise they would get how it feels to go thru this. If they let go of their facade that this isn't all excusable bc James is hot, they couldn't as women honestly accept this storyline. Its bc they have rejected everything bc they think he is hot and therefore everything is excusable.Its truly said bc these supposed 5000 people are setting a bad example for young men women and children everywhere. They are are also causing the show to tank. I am not sure if this post is okay to be put up, so if you want to change anything about it or take it down, I completely understand. These are just my humble thoughts on the whole issue. Very simply put, rape mance is the reason for the show to end up tanking.

I think Days is losing long time viewers because of this story line. And they need to wake up and realize that so many woman have been raped and it's awful and they dont' want to see a rapist with his Victim. I haven't been and I don't want to see a rapist with his victim. One that hasn't paid for his crime whatsoever.

I wasn't born when Luke and Laura were at the height of their popularity so I didn't know about the rape. I started watching around 2005 and I heard the stories of Luke and Laura and even watched the replay of the wedding episodes for their 25 anniversary. I like them at first, but when I heard about the rape I no longer supported them. Even when Genie came back a year and a half ago, I couldn't support Luke and Laura. I love the characters individually, but Luke should stick with Tracy as far as I am concerned.

On Days we're lucky if the characters remember what happened 3 months ago, let alone 3 or 30 years ago. The only way I'll ever be able to forgive Days for what they've done in the past few years (erasing history etc.) is if we really have been seeing things through the eyes of Alice's dementia. Even then, I'll still need to have a little "chat" with Kenny C about it.

Keeping the LUMI love alive Posts: 11,879 Group: Assistant Managers Member #1,233 Joined: February 6, 2009 Lucas & Sami are destined!	^^That would be a good way to get out of the mess they've created but we know James is still taping so EJ's disappearance doesn't come around the time of Alice's death....Days has run their show into the ground....so very sad, there is no saving them now, no matter what they do Days won't get picked up unless they really do something dramatic as a result of the reveal....if Sami attempts to kill Ej at least she'll be back to some resemblance of her former self....but for many of us it's too little too late....
	Your soulmate understands and connects with you in every way and on every level, which brings a sense of peace, calmness and happiness when you are around them. It wasn't until I got onto message boards that I found out and I could never look at Luke in the same way again. GH having the rape be brought up, is a good thing and I'm glad they've done it. To simply whitewash rape, is despicable and somebody should have been fired at Days.
