Frankly at one point I hated him. He was mean and vindictive. He was calculating and took no prisoners. Frankly he was an ass, but as he grew from a teenager into an adult, he changed and showed incredible remorse especially regarding his actions towards Sami. His relationship with Sami ran the gambit from friend, to enemy, to schemer, to partner, and finally to lover. He showed an incredible range of emotion over time and saved Sami (mentally and physically) on more than one occasion. He proved he loved Sami unconditionally the day of their wedding when he ignored the picture of Sami and EJ and his mother's damaging claims not to mention Sami's confession of EJ raping her. He redeemed himself so many times I grew to love his character. So you ask where am I going with this. Well I debated doing this all night long after today's events. This show is toast, so I told myself go for it, what do I have to lose. This thread is not for the light hearted. I am so sick and tired of that other fanbase ignoring the horrors that ykw has inflicted on Lumi that I felt it time to post a few of the many incidents that have made me hate the character of Elvis Dimera. I am hoping that those lurkers get an eyeful so they once and for all understand why I feel the way I do. This thread may get pulled, but you are all welcome to post what you find to provide evidence to the GA that Elvis Dimera is not what he appears. Scenario - EJ drugs and kidnaps Sami for the baby's stem cells to save his father. Air date May 24, 2007. If this isn't violence I don't know what is because it sure isn't love. As Medea said I don't see why this should be pulled...your not breaking the rules girl... Okay..I'm assuming we could add examples of how evil Ej has been right? I don't have a screencap or clip but maybe someone can dig one up but I've always thought that aside from the rape, one of the things this character is unforgivable for was torturing/hypnotising Steve (Patch)....when someone tortures another character on a soap it's usually an indicator that the person isn't wonderful and likely will never be redeamed and this is one of the first things he did to a member of Sami's family. If someone can dig the clip of him with the tarot card I would be delighted....that or just a screencap or two will do...

Post more evidence of how evil EJ is! How many times has he grabbed Sami by the throat?? How about when he sneaked into Sami's hospital room dressed as a doctor and tortured her some more. And then he ripped out her nurse call cord so she would feel more helpless and couldn't call anyone for help! Yes that is one hell of a man alright!! He is SCUM!! Was going to kill the twins by having them ripped out of Sami's body for their stems cells thats all he was looking for was stemcells to save his daddy dearest at the time and didn't care about nothing else. I am glad to see you put up the other time he drugged Sami in her car with Chloraphorm that was another time he drugged Sami as well so how many times has he drugged Sami too many times which still makes him sick. No one is in Lucas league in the romance department noone. as Sami once said and this still hold true Lucas is the most romantic man on the planet and that still holds ture today. Sami and Lucas are special and always will be for they are a supercouple.This evil monster is so fake even we can see it a mile away. Lucas was the one who stopped the fork lift and saved Sami. Lucas is Sami's ture hero. He locked Lucas in a Freezer truck was going to drop Kate off a highrise building and he has man handled Nicole and has had Kate,Sami,Nicole,by the throat I also belived that Sami was somehow drugged during that false shame of a wedding see the end result with her passing out shortly afterwards. That so called Nanny tea I also believe was a drug at the time and I think he was drugging her then with that crappy drink. So to say Elivis and EJ is evil is the truth that who he is he manhandled Will, has thrown Sydney out on the street with Nicole and didn't give a darn what happened to either one of them has called Sydney that and told Nicole to take that with her and he was throwing both out of the house and didn't care he did it,I also suspect hes the one who killed Eve Michaels, He was the blackgloved hand that commited those crimes and He beat Patrick with a belt so whos to say that temper won't come out again,he yelled at Johnny and threw his puzzle down the stairs and acted like a child throwing another tantrum,He still the druglord of Salem,put a hit out on Philip,had Stephanie kidnapped,Shot John,raped Sami, was going to have a pregnant Hope killed had Patrick hold her hostage,he tortured poor Steve and he has not gone to prison yet or felt remorse for any of the stuff hes done to anyone nor has he been put behind bars perminently with all the crap he pulled so yes we still know his history its all ugly and there not one thing thats pretty about it. Hes manipulating Sami again and hes tortured her in the past so nothing about these actions spell love nothing and never will hes not romantic and never will be hes just a sick period a sick obsessed physcho who doesn't know the meaning of the word love or sacrafice and never has everything is always about him and him alone he truly doesn't give a darn who about who he hurts in the process including Sami its not love its sick plain and simple. I am hoping that this character winds up dying for real this time and isn't reserected. Once hes dead hes dead hes not a Dimera and never was just a pawn of Stefano's that can be disposed of at any time that I still believe. I hope that even though he hasn't been punished in life for all the crimes he commited I hope he will be punished for them in death and hopefully death won't be so kind to him and that hes punished in death for all the rotten things hes done to more then half the people of Salem. Its funny how we all know him so well. I wish the show would kill this character off perminently and punish him for all the rotten things hes done. The running over was, of course, ordered so that Sami would divorce Lucas and marry EJ to keep the DiMeras from murdering the rest of her family. And yes, Belle was the initial target. She had locked her keys inside her car, and when John came by to help her out, the DiMeras decided to go with it and take him instead.

The current writers are idiots and don't give a crap about what the GA want or how they feel about a certain character! I feel he can only be redeemed if he does completely break away from Stefano, comes clean of ALL his previous wrong-doings, helps the authorities in bringing down certain mob connections in return for probation (considering so "many" people like this character), and gets someone COMPLETELY different from his victim (braindead-Sami) as a love interest. It could be a compelling s/l if done right. However, I am not holding my breath on any of this actually happening. So, I will take the Irrelevant one dying for good instead.
