Did Kate switch the results to Johnny's DNA test if so Lucas will be mad at her at first that she did this but glad she told him about Johnny being his after all. So maybe Kate will do the right thing here and tell Lucas that Johnny is his son.

How could that be connected? I don't know, it's too much to hope for, I think Kate just always says that when Lucas calls, lol.
