Alexandra's true identity is revealed along with the truth about who Adrianna is. Truths revealed and one very busted Nicole feature in this chapter. Just a little warning, I am not a doctor, so my figures on the tests may be way off, but this is what I figured they should be. And I don't know if there is a techinical terms for a father's DNA like there is for a mother's(which is mitochondrial). Just be warned on that front. Part Four Days later Alexandra, Mia, Will, & Bo gathered at the hospital after getting the call from Bill that the blood tests were back. Alexandra wouldn’t wait to find out the truth. Bill came into the room a moment later with several folders in his hand, followed by a frightened Nicole & a newly arrived Shane. Shane pulled Nicole over to a chair & forced her down before sitting down beside her. Mia raised an eyebrow at Nicole, but couldn’t ask any questions because Bill began. “Blood test #1: Alexandra Leandra Tredeau. Paternal match: Roman Brady-99.9%. Mitochondrial Match: Marlena Evans-99.9%. Sibling Match: Eric Brady-75%, Samantha Brady-99.9%. Conclusive. Samantha, Eric, & Alexandra are triplets-Identical/Fraternal Triplets.” Alexandra smiled & embraced her niece & nephew tightly. “It’s true. Andre did steal me for revenge.” “It’s OK, aunt Alex. We’ll get justice. Wait until we tell dad,” Mia said. Bill cleared his throat before continuing. “Blood Test #2: Alice. Paternal Match: EJ Dimera-25%. Mitochondrial Match: Alexandra Brady-99.9%. Conclusive: EJ is not the father. Second Paternal Match: Lucas Horton-2%. Conclusive: Lucas is not the father. “Blood test #3: Johnny. Paternal Match: EJ-25%. Mitochondrial Match: Alex-99.9%. Conclusive: EJ is not the father. Paternal Match: Lucas-2%. Conclusive: Lucas is not the father. “Blood Test #4: Grace. Paternal Match: EJ-12.5% Mitochondrial Match: Alex-50%. Neither is EJ the father, nor Alex the mother. Mitochondrial Match: Mia Brady-99.9%. Conclusive: Mia is the mother.” Mia shot a shocked look at Nicole & then at her aunt before realization began to hit her. Before she could say anything, Bill continued to the last test. “Blood test #5: Sydney. Paternal Match: EJ-25%. Mitochondrial Match: Alex-99.9%. Conclusive: EJ is not her father, Alex is her mother. Paternal Match: Lucas-2%. Conclusive: Lucas is not the father.” Alex turned to glare at Nicole. “You switched my baby for my niece’s baby! Why in the world would you do that!” “Because,” came the quiet voice of Nicole. “I thought EJ deserved his child.” “EJ did not deserve anything! You know that now. The only good that came out of this is the fact that Mia did get to know her daughter,” Alex said. “True, aunt Alex. And Nicole made sure I held her before she died, because she knew, SHE KNEW, that Grace was my daughter!” She glared at Nicole. “You shall pay for this!” “I think that is why great-uncle Shane is here, right?” Will asked. “Of course. When Bill called me about the results of the test on Grace, even EJ’s suspicions were peaked & he OKed the blood test on Sydney. I managed to stop Nicole from leaving town with Sydney & drug her here. It’s up to you & Mia to file charges against her,” Shane said. “Attempted kidnapping is a crime. So is babyswitching. And we will file charges against you!” Alex exclaimed. “That we will. But first, Nicole, you need to forget about everything you’ve learned. You are no longer in the know about this situation. You are out of the group until the day that Aunt Sami returns along with my dad,” Mia said. “Agreed. Sydney, Alice, & Johnny will be at the townhouse with Rafe & Aunt Alex. You are to have no contact with all the children or us. You are not in the loop anymore,” Will said. “We will fill Rafe in on the truth & let him decide if he wants to help or whether it is all too much for him to take,” Mia said. “And maybe it’s time to let in dad as well,” Will said. --------------------------------- Eric & EJ roamed the streets of Limassol Cyprus, as they had been doing for several days now. So far they hadn’t found hide nor hair of Sergei Andreovich. “I cannot believe we haven’t found him yet,” EJ said. “Limassol is a pretty big city. He could be anywhere. Plus he could’ve left for a while,” Eric reasoned. EJ nodded. “You’re right. All we can do is keep looking.” Eric noticed a small café up ahead & two blond haired young women, along with three small children, heading for it. Eric froze as he felt he recognized one of the young women. EJ noticed too. “Sami!” Eric nodded. “It’s got to be her.” They quickly walked closer & heard the one young woman call out to a man sitting at the café. “Mikhail!” “Adrianna! Welcome back to Cyprus! It is good to see you!” Eric glanced down at the paper in his hands. “She called him Mikhail. That is one of the aliases of Sergei Andreovich, Mikhail Ronin.” “Then we know that it must be Sami sitting with him,” EJ said. Eric’s phone rang at that moment & he looked to see it was Mia. He opened his phone. “Hi sweetheart!” “Hi dad. The results came back from the blood tests. Alexandra is your & aunt Sami’s fellow triplet. The kids are hers alone. She will soon have Johnny, Allie, & Sydney at home with her.” “Sydney is…” “No she isn’t. The tests proved that Nicole, whom you know I gave my baby to & which EJ understood, switched the babies. Sydney is Aunt Alex’s daughter. Grace was mine.” “That little witch! What did she think she was doing?” “Giving EJ his child. But now she knows the truth. She’s already being charged with kidnapping & babyswitching. The ISA is also looking into filing other charges against her.” “That’s good.” “How’s the search going?” “We may have found your aunt Sami.” “You’re kidding me!” “Nope. We just found Sergei & there is a young woman with him that looks exactly like your aunt. She also has three children with her & a friend of hers is along as well,” Eric told his daughter. “Well, dad, go find out for sure. If it’s her, bring her home!” Eric laughed. “Alright. I’ll let you know if it works out, sweetie.” He hung up & noticed EJ had finished up his own phone call. “Alex told you.” “Yeah. I can’t believe what Nicole did, but indeed, she will pay for it!” -------------------------------------------- A few minutes earlier, Adrianna, Bethany, & the triplets made their way toward the same café where Adrianna’s savior & second father Mikhail Ronin was waiting for them. Adrianna had several questions that she hoped he could answer. Coming up to the café, she noticed him sitting there. “Mikhail!” “Adrianna! Welcome back to Cyprus! It is good to see you!” he exclaimed before standing to embrace his surrogate daughter. “I have some questions for you. I hope you can answer them,” Adrianna said. “I will try,” he said as they all sat. “How are my favorite triple threat doing?” “Very well. They love looking at a new picture Diana got for them of their big brother,” Adrianna said. “Of course. I figured that you might be remembering more. Oh, Bethany, sorry I didn’t acknowledge you before,” he said. “It is quite alright, Mikhail. I’m just glad to be here with Adri & the kids finding out the answers we need,” Bethany said. “Such as?” “In my most recent memory from my headaches, I remember a girl who looks just like me, who I spent some time with. Diana said at the very least that she is an imposter,” Adrianna said. “Alexandra, raised as Andre Dimera’s niece, but you & she discovered that she is your long lost twin sister, stolen by Andre when you were born,” Mikhail answered. “And she’s taken over my life,” Adrianna said. “Yes, because she felt you deserved to live your life & she didn’t know that you were save by me & given a new life,” Mikhail said. “Well, I guess I understand that. I’m not sure I am happy about that,” Adrianna said. “You should be. She kept your spot in your family open,” came a voice. Adrianna turned to see two young men. “And who are you?” “I am EJ Brady-Wells, your cousin. And my companion should be familiar to you, maybe,” EJ said. “Really?” Adrianna asked before turning to his companion. Her eyes widened in recognition from her memory. “Eric?” “Hey sis. Bout time we found you,” Eric said. Then he turned to Sergei/Mikhail. “Thank you for saving my sister, Sergei.” “His name is Mikhail, Eric!” “Actually, my name is Sergei Andreovich. I gave you one of my aliases to help keep you & I safe.” “If Andre would’ve found out that you had been saved, he would’ve found out who did it. He may’ve not known about Sergei’s aliases thus by giving you one, it kept you & my nieces & nephews alive,” Eric said. “And also kept Andre from locating a truly alive Samantha Brady,” EJ said. “Is that my real name?” “Yes, it is, sis. You were given the name Samantha Gene Brady when the three of us were born. Of course, we didn’t know about Alex. You were named for our Aunt Samantha, mom’s twin sister, & mom & dad’s good friend Eugene Bradford,” Eric explained as he & EJ pulled over a few chairs & sat down beside them. “So it’s G-e-n-e, not J-e-a-n.” “That’s right. I don’t think that Andre knew that,” Eric said. “Nor would he care. But it should’ve sparked some early investigation,” Sergei said. “We had other crises to deal with at the time,” EJ said. “No kidding. And now that we found you, we can inform you of all that,” Eric said. “I look forward to learning about it all. I just have one question. I know I have an older son, Will. I’ve remembered him. But what I need to know is who is his father & if his father is the father of Darien, Serena, & Erika,” Adrianna/Sami asked. “Of course. The father of all four children is the same man. His name is Lucas Horton. You’ve known him since you were a teenager. You two met initially in a very unusual way. Back then he went by his original last name, Roberts,” Eric explained. “Supposedly, after years of fighting over Will & animosity towards each other, you rediscovered your friendship after a horrible accident & a city & family crisis, you grew even closer & discovered that all along, you two were soulmates,” EJ continued. “You two tried to get married, but his mother Kate found a way to separate you & he, which lead to the situation with Andre Dimera,” Eric explained. “Indeed. You were so devastated by losing Lucas because Kate had set you up that Andre was able to brainwash you into working for him. He turned you into Stan & of course, had you start to wreak havoc on Salem, especially your stepfather & then the young woman who could’ve been your sister-in-law,” Sergei said. “I must’ve broken through, though. Or else I wouldn’t be here,” Adrianna/Sami said. “Your pregnancy did that. You felt like you could get your life back & prove that Kate had set you up. But Andre didn’t want that to happen. That’s when he switched you & Alexandra & ordered your death. Luckily, Alexandra got to me in time & I made sure that you survived what the other men did to you,” Sergei said. “If only you’d gotten there sooner. Then Sami wouldn’t have lost her memory,” Eric said. “I tried my best, Mr. Brady. It was hard finding out what Andre had planned. Who knew how cruel his other men could be,” Sergei said.
