Since Stefano doesn't know what he is referring to, do you think they will use that statement to put Victor as a shooting suspect? Just to muddy the waters for the 'unspoiled" maybe?

EJ is the one who put the hit out on Philip (twice)... and the circumstances of Philip's shooting are very similar. Philip was laid out in bed in a similar position as EJ, and was also shot in the head by a handgun with silencer.
