CAMPAIGN TRAIL Leeann Cannon: DAYS fans sent in a few campaigns this week. Carly (Crystal Chappell) supporters want to see more of her onscreen, suggesting scenes with Vivian or Melanie. "Crystal can bring it like no other, whether it is screaming, fighting, crying or loving," one of the cards read. Another set of postcards are asking for Carly to mix it up with Daniel. "It's time for a new flame. Ignite Carly and Daniel!" The third campaign features Bryan R. Dattilo. Fans are begging NBC to "bring Lucas back to Salem and bring Bryan back to DAYS!"  |

Thats so awesome everyone that Bryan and Lucas and us too got a shout in SOD campaign post cards you guys sent in they look awesome you guys and I love the sayings on the post cards and one of Sami's quotes as well about how she truly feels about Lucas. It looks like they too want Bryan and Lucas brought back to Days as well along with us as well for they miss him too. Congratulations everyone for getting published and for getting another shoutout in the new Bryan/Lucas campaign. |

^^no not really...it's just 'keeping the word' out that he's still wanted, missed and frankly needed.....at the very least other soaps see he has fanbase and can cultivate that if they want to by hiring him....if Days doesn't do it. |

God I would be soooo sad to see him on another show, of course I'd go over there and watch it but still I'd be so heartbroken I don't think I could ever really get into a story like I do with days  god will TPTB just get a freaken clue they'll get veiwers back if they bring him back

^^I would rather have him on another soap that respects him and showcases his talents than a show run by people who have an agenda and play favorites and have never given Lucas a real shot outside of Lumi...it's about damn time they do. |

Love this!! But I have to say I am very selfish. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bry as Lucas and I LOVE Lumi. So I want Days to hire him back and I want our couple back along with a fabulous story for Lucas. I will be happy for Bry if he gets another gig of course but I will be very disappointed if we lose Lucas and Lumi for good. Because I know I will never accept a Lucas recast and Lumi is pretty much dead if that happens. |
 Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall Sami is Lucas's girl through it all. | |

This is so true and I agree. I would definately TRY to watch Bry in a different role on another show but generally when one of my favorites moves to a new show it turns out badly. Not that I don't give it a chance but normally I don't like the character they end up playing. For instance I liked LH on Passions, but never could really like her character on Days. I like Stephen Nichols on Days, but I don't like him on Y&R. The list goes on and on. |

ITA with you!! i want Bry back on days too and Lucas back to salem and Lumi reunited...i won't accept anything else.. as long as non of them are on days i wont watch days at all... i dont want to watch rapemi and i dont want to help the safe to get more rantings either..i dont like safe at all they are too boring... so i won't watch days until Bryan/Lucas/Lumi are back on my screen and reunited... |

Its funny how the week before last weeks ratings reflect that noone likes Sami and Rafe and noone likes Sami and the irrelevant one either and are sick of Sami being stuck in the same storyline with these two nonstop the ratings are not helping with featuring these two with Sami without Lucas there instead in Sami's storyline plus all the newbies with hardly noone on anymore that we don't recognise either don't help either. This show doesn't even feel like DOOL's anymore with all the newbies taking over the show now. Even though I enjoyed Sami shooting EJ at long last the show was still lackluster and dull and I can understand why it got the ratings it got both EJ and Rafe are dull are so dull their just not interesting to watch that much is obvious and the ratings reflected that once again plus Days lost more viewers as well. I guess people really are sick of Sami/Rafe and the irrelevant one on all the time the people don't want see Sami with these two period and are tired of both of them being in her storyline and want Lucas back istead with Sami and with a storyline of his own as well when will the show get and TPTB get that. Will there be more cuts coming to the cast who knows but with these ratings and us approaching November soon and Nov-March is going to be a crucial period for the show for the show is going to have bring some wow factor back to the stories and they need to do it very shortly bringing back Lucas and the Lumi love story once more for good this time along with a few reveals we've been waiting for which has been dragging out far to long as is somethings got to give and somethings got to be done and some of the cast may have to be cut with others vets being brought back to show in their place. Like I said Nov-March is going to be the crucial turning point for the show on weather the show gets renewed or not or if the show will definately be done by September of next year. Bring back the familiarness of the show that people once loved with character people recognise along with a good story for them and your set to go. Some of these newbies may have to go after all suggetions on this would be the people who play EJ,Rafe,maybe even Daniel,Melanie,Stephanie there maybe Chloe these characters just are not that interesting and replace them with John,Marlena,Jack,Shane,Kimberly,Lucas, Maybe even Eugene and Calliope and Shawn and Belle and Justin and Adrienne as well we already have Jennifer coming back and possibly Kayla hopefully her stay is extend but the ones I suggested may bring in more viewers if the show brings back the familiarness to it by getting rid of the newbies that we and the older viewers could care less about. Time to get rid of the newbies the one I suggested above except maybe Stephanie and Chloe who are not newbies and bring back the vets again once more the vets are the key and who people like and who is famliar to them they need to do something to stop the loss of viewership the show has going on week after week. ^^ITA. They have been phazing out the familiar characters since 2007. Sending Belle, Shawn, Claire, John and Marlena off-screen was only a start. With Chad becoming the newest Dimera son hopefully they'll send EJ packing. After all there's only room for one Dimera son at a time. Although it will be fun to watch EJ do his "I'm a little teapot" stance as he is upstaged by his younger brother. |

Thanks Regina for heading up this effort. Let's hope they get a clue because their ratings are still tanking and I fear for this show. They waited to long to do anything and held onto the wrong actors. And Safe isn't going to hold the audience that's for sure. |
