Did anyone happen to watch the J&J scenes yesterday? I caught only their scenes on youtube after seeing much discussion about it and I have to say that Jennifer is DEAD to me now. Did you see her reaction to Jack's kiss? Up until that point, I was actually giving her the benefit of the doubt when it came to her being "torn" between Jack & Dr. Sleazoid. But after seeing that kiss between J&J, I am literally speechless. I would have never expected Jen to actually look repulsed but that's exactly how she looked. I cannot believe how far the writers have gone to destroy such a beloved legacy couple in favor of that manwhore Dan. UGH!! I'm not even a diehard J&J shipper anymore but even I am heartbroken now.

The writing for Jen is horrid. She looked repulsed by the kiss. They are so tarnishing one of the best supercouples they ever had. But Jenn is looking really bad. Jack deserves to move on with his life and maybe that will finally wake her the hell up |

They should let jack and Billie date and Jen have always been jealous of Billie even if Jack and Billie just are friends..maybe that will wake Jen up. I really hate what they have done to J&J too.. why do they have to ruin all great super couples all the time that everyone really love and that GA love? |

Also, I'm just not seeing the chemistry between J&J like I used to. It all just seems so one-sided and sadly very painful to watch. I really feel like it might be MR's acting choices because I'm just not believing that Jen is "torn" about anything. It seems like Jen is not only no longer in love with Jack, but she's not even attracted to him anymore. That is pathetic. ITA that Jack definitely needs to move on. It's time for him to cut his losses and forget Jennifer once and for all. Sadly Jack's dignity has gone by the wayside in all of this. I know he loves Jennifer but he needs to have some pride in himself first because Jen is literally giving him NOTHING. MarDar must really love Dr. TanWhore to do this to J&J. |

I haven't liked Jen for a while now. I got tired of her always blaming Jack for everything going wrong. She's holier than thou and he's not. Hopefully by the time Lucas comes back, she'll be tolerable. |

I used to be a diehard J&J shipper and while I still adore Jack, I don't have much use for this version of Jennifer. Any woman that would even consider Pippi's father as a suitable mate needs her head examined. |

I think I started hating Jenn during the Brandon fiasco. Loved Sami and Jack together and how Sami called Jenn on her hypocricy. |

I was a diehard JJ fan too. Did loose respect for Jennifer during the Brando thing or the Patrick thing can't remember which, or maybe it was both. Haven't seen her with DR Icky but have NO desire to even take a look at that. I will always adore Jack! |

I agree its time for Jack to start dating someoneelse and even though his heart belongs to Jennifer and always will and he will always love her enough is enough for Jack shouldn't continue to be treated this way and its Jennifer's turn to fight for Jack this time around and get Jealous of who hes with and romance and woo Jack and dump the I sleep with every female patient I treat wheather their engaged,or married,or someone's granddaughter or daughter doctor who will dump you in a heartbeat and move on with the next female patient he treats. Let Jennifer see that side of Daniel and see if she still likes him after he winds up doing it again and gets hypocritical towards her too but by this time Jack will be dating someoneelse even though hes not as into them as he is Jennifer but its her time to fight for Jack and not the other way around and time for Jack to move on and let Jennifer go for now temporarly and start dating someoneelse that should get Jennifer's attention and get her jealous enough to do something about it where she realises shes a dope and that she treated Jack terribly and doesn't blame him for what he did by walking away after the way she was treating him and that shes not going to let Jack go and will fight for him as long as it takes and woo him and romance him as long as it takes and not stop. It should be Jennifer who's fighting for Jack and wooing Jack and dumping the hypocritcal doctor once and for all this time around where Jack winds up being the center of attention in a triangle with whoever hes dating and Jennifer but Jack needs to let go and walk away from Jennifer and let her fight for him and this time shes the one who does all the work here to win Jack back and does eventually but not for awhile for its time that Jack make her work for it for relationships take work but once she does Jack winds up getting back together with her once more. I was alway curious what would happen if something started up between Sami and Jack down the line if they were on a break again from Lucas and Jennifer where its not serious of course where they still love Lucas and Jennifer and can't stop thinking about them and still love them and eventually got back together with them but by some odd chance wound up dating each other sometime down the line untill they did For Sami and Jack are really good friends as well. |

I don`t know what everyone likes about Dr Dan anyway between him & Rafe I don`t know who is more boring. I would love for Jack to be with someone else & drive Jennifer crazy with jealousy. Billie is comming back & it would be better than having her comming between Bo & Hope again. |

Me too! Back in the day it was Jack who was this tortured soul and it was Jennifer's unconditional love for him that saved him. I remember the Jennifer who adored Jack. It was Jack who was the hesitant one back then because Jen was too good for him and he didn't think he deserved her love. Now Jack is begging on his hands & knees yet Jennifer has forgotten everything she once loved about him. I think it's Jack who should ask himself why he even bothers. If Jen one day realizes that she wants him, let her fight for him. Jack's done enough and right now it's becoming pathetic. I'm tired of pathetic Jack. The man just needs to walk away. |

The writing is terrible but the scenes would at least be watchable for me if Missy played some kind of affectionate or good-humored sub-text. I hate the way she seems to physicially tense up whenever Jack touches her and can barely muster a smile at his jokes. IMO, those subtle choices are reinforcing the wet fish personality that Jennifer is given in the scripts. |

I get that feeling too...that it's Missy's acting choices more than what's on the script. I also get that from her interviews of late...I don' t know what it is but it appears to be intentionally done on her part. |

I absolutely agree with both of you that it is definitely MR's acting choices that are turning me off to this story even more than the writing itself. The writing says Jen is supposed to be torn. But the way MR is portraying Jen looks to me like she truly can't stand Jack and is even physically repulsed in his presence. THAT is what is most heartbreaking about this storyline. Yet when Jen's around Dr. Tanwhore, she is completely different, all lovestruck and swooning over him. It's disgusting. I'm not buying that Jen has even an OUNCE of love left for Jack, let alone plain attraction. And IMO that is ALL on MR. |

Maybe she's acting out orders from above: you know, the orders to make J&J unwatchable so the show can justify keeping SC and getting rid of the more expensive MA. What the show doesn't realize is that they'd be better served by ditching Jennifer at this point and giving Jack his own storylines. MA can play off of anyone and be successful. |

Yeah, if that in fact is the case, it sort of makes me nervous of what they might 'tell' AS to do when it comes to her interactions with Lucas....then again the rest of your post sort of reminds me of what they can do with a certain someone too if that in fact is what they plan to do with Lumi if they ever go there....lol |
